Who we are
The convergence of digital technologies and analog consulting
We founded Incospro in 2013 based on the realization that previous consulting models for transforming organizations and processes in purchasing and supply chain management were inadequate and resulted in high friction losses for customers.
On the one hand, this was based on the awareness that modern and efficient organizational and process development would no longer be possible without technological support. On the other hand, it was due to the fact that analysis and design were usually separated from system architecture and implementation. This led to a fundamental triangular relationship and tension between the customer, management consultants, and system providers or implementers.
By founding Incospro, we have resolved this tension for our customers by bringing together all relevant consulting approaches under one roof.
Based on our belief that sustainable success is only possible when people, organizations, and technology work in harmony, we offer a comprehensive and unique consulting approach. We combine the expertise of a purchasing, supply chain, and process consulting firm with that of a system house and implementer.
